Short-Term Stays (Less than 30 Nights)
We know short getaways and vacations can shift due to travel plans, so we’ve created a fair structure to balance flexibility with our booking calendar needs.
- Guests may cancel up to 14 days before arrival and receive a full (100%) refund.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Long-Term Stays (30 Nights or More)
Longer stays require greater preparation and scheduling, and we kindly ask for advanced notice to adjust bookings.
For stays exceeding 30 days, if a guest cancels within 30 days of arrival or departs early without 30 days’ notice (for additional booked months), the security deposit will be forfeited. This amount will be applied toward the costs of re-advertising, lost bookings, and administrative efforts to secure new guests.
