• • Smoking Policy – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $150 cleaning fee applies for any violations.

• • Construction: Fumba Town is a developing community with ongoing construction at different sectors.
  • Short-Term Stays (less than 30 days).
    • • Housekeeping is available every 7 days. Additional housekeeping is available at extra cost.
    • • Included Utilities: Electricity, water and Wifi are included in the standard rate.

• • Long-Term Stays Allowed (30 days or more). Extended stays are perfect for guests looking for a furnished home in Fumba Town.
    • • Housekeeping is not included in the standard rate for long term stays (unless included in the contract).
    • • Utilities: Wifi and water are included in the standard rate.
    • • Included Electricity Policy – For long-term stays, electricity is paid by the guest. You only pay for what you use.
    • • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required, along with the first month’s rent, in accordance with the cancellation policy.
